Handling Errors
Access to a file was denied
- Check the SFS and Sandbox rules for the corresponding file.
- Check using the SFS-Browser if a checksum is registered for the specific file and if it matches the current file.
- If the changes to the file are expected then use the update function of the SFS-Browser to update the checksum. Thereafter try to access the file again.
- Warning: Please do not update a checksum if the changes to the file are not expected.
- For further troubleshooting you should enable the log keyword for all rules with a deny action. The denied access to the file will then be reported in the Logviewer.
- If the matching rule is not supposed to match then adjust your ruleset accordingly.
